All payments are processed securely through third-party payment providers. We do not store your payment information on our servers.

All content, branding, designs, software, and technology related to Tapro are owned by or licensed to Tapro. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works based on our materials.

You may not use our services for competitive analysis or to build competing products without our written consent.

You retain ownership of any content you upload to our platform, but you grant us a limited license to use, store, and display such content for the purpose of providing our services.

You may cancel your subscription or delete your account at any time through your account settings.

Tapro may suspend or terminate your access to our services for the following reasons:

• Breach of these terms and conditions
• Legal or regulatory requirements
• Failure to make payments after reasonable reminders

Upon termination, your access to our services will cease immediately. We may delete your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent court in Overijssel, The Netherlands.
